I am a mental performance coach and sports massage therapist working with athletes, artists and team leaders. I offer research-based workshops on mental performance skills tailored to the clients’ wishes and needs. I also welcome sport massage customers at the calm Hakaniemenranta 26 – Työhuone on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in Merihaka in Helsinki. At my reception, performance skills are practiced and reviewed according to your individual situation and wishes. Our meetings can be related to, for example, motivation, goal-setting, self-confidence, body awareness, group dynamics, stress regulation, and performance anxiety. One goal of working together is deepening your professional identity; what kind of an athlete, performer, team leader I am and want to be?
> BODYWORK
My customers are mainly actively training people and athletes, creative professionals and performing artists. My work focuses on a variety of relaxation techniques with the aim of stress management, relieving muscle tension caused by stress and increasing body awareness.
